Integral Forensics was founded in the summer of 2025 to provide clear, technically sound forensic engineering services grounded in practical experience and objective analysis. The firm is led by partners Phil Rosescu and Mark Burns, who bring complementary backgrounds and expertise to the investigation and evaluation of complex engineering matters. Together, they have built Integral Forensics around a hands-on approach to each assignment, combining detailed field investigation, engineering analysis, and emerging technologies to help clients better understand how and why an incident occurred.
